New Thing Labs is a small studio that operates software products and builds focused, human-controlled AI workflows. We start with a concrete problem, ship the smallest useful version, and measure what changes.
The studio is intentionally small. That keeps the work close to the people using it and makes it easier to build, ship, learn, and change course when the evidence says we should. Repeated problems may become products, but only after real use earns that commitment.
